Santa Luċija, Gozo
Where tranquillity meets tradition
Experience the true spirit of Gozo
Santa Luċija is a tiny, picturesque hamlet nestled between three rural hills. The tranquil area boasts natural water springs, fertile farmland, and remnants of ancient settlements dating back 5000 years.
Despite being the smallest village on the island, it was a worthy winner of the prestigious European Destination of Excellence Award for its efforts in preserving local heritage.
You’ll find warm-hearted locals, traditional village life, and special events, such as the much-loved Grandma’s Dinner or the magical Light Festival celebrating their patron saint, Santa Luċija – the Saint of Light.
With its enchanting countryside and slow pace of life, Santa Luċija offers you a taste of typical Gozitan charm, making it a truly unique location for your laid-back holiday.
